Pa'lante Education Services was created around the values of reading, education, access, community, and hope (REACH).  

Pa'lante Education Services provides comprehensive education and literacy services to educators, students, and communities, empowering them through professional development, direct instruction, curriculum development, and community engagement. 

All peoples, regardless of age or citizenship status, deserve access to quality reading instruction.  Pa'lante seeks to remove barriers and provide access to children, families, and communities in need.

Wilmarie Maldonado Castro founded Pa’lante Education Services, which offers education consulting in the form of Pre-K - 12 curriculum design, reading instruction, adult English classes, and more. Pa’lante’s overarching values are reading, education, access, community, and hope (REACH). 

 Wilmarie has over 15 years of experience in education from teaching elementary school in Title I schools, project managing nonprofit before-and-after school programs and summer camps, serving as director of an early learning center, providing reading intervention services to students K-12, and  participating in rigorous fellowships as Teach for America Alumni with the Ignite program and the Aspiring Latinx Leadership Institute (ALLÍ), while committing herself to being a lifetime learner. 

Wilmarie utilizes her background in both the nonprofit and education spheres to provide quality reading instruction and English classes to students and communities, and amplify voices and involve and provide access to marginalized communities.  Empowering readers of all ages and languages brings her joy.
